Cabinet-Type Air Handling Unit Basic Unit Configuration
1. Panel:
The unit adopts an extruded-profile foam-board structure, offering easy installation, good stability, strong corrosion resistance, and an attractive appearance; it delivers good performance in terms of thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire resistance, strength, service life, and cleanliness.
2. High-Efficiency Coil:
• The entire coil series uses red-copper tubes threaded with secondary corrugated or louver-type aluminum foil, combined with different cooling-coil circuit designs and air-velocity designs for higher heat-exchange efficiency. Hydrophilic aluminum foil is supplied as standard, which not only effectively prevents water carryover and improves heat-exchange efficiency, but also prevents the "white powder" blowing phenomenon during heating.
• All coils are equipped with steel water headers, and have a drain valve at the lowest point and an air-bleed valve at the highest point, so that water can be drained when the unit is shut down and air vented during commissioning, reducing the risk of coil freeze damage in low-temperature environments.
• The standard drain pan is made of spray-coated galvanized steel sheet, with a stainless-steel drain pan available as an option.
3. High-Efficiency, Low-Noise Fan & Motor:
• The entire unit series uses AMCA-certified high-efficiency centrifugal fans, strictly dynamically balanced. Fan selection is optimized using professional fan-selection software to obtain the best operating point and optimal efficiency and noise.
• External-rotor fans are adopted, with protection class IP55 and class-F insulation, offering higher reliability, service life, and efficiency; the bearing design service life exceeds 60,000 hours. The whole unit operates with low noise, high efficiency, robust structure, and stable performance.
4. Filter:
The unit uses an aluminum-alloy-frame double-layer nylon-mesh filter with high structural strength, that can be washed and reused repeatedly.
5. Easy Maintenance & Commissioning:
The unit's panels are simple and flexible to assemble and easy to remove; during maintenance, one only needs to open the access panel, truly enabling effortless upkeep.
